How to not get played by emotions This article is for the people who finding it hard to control their emotions or thoughts. 1)Every emotion or thought get into either positive or negative zones. So before accepting any thought or emotion, identify which category it falls into. We should not accept everything blindly, going with the flow. Categorising is crucial. Create a filter. 2) Once you get an emotion or thought , you can easily sense if it's positive one or negative one. Always avoid negative ones. Because the only difference between positive n negative ones are Positive ones,apart from giving good feel they offer great control on them. We don't feel a problem by having harmony, joy, loving nature etc as it's easy to control them. Where as negative ones, we can hardly control them once they develop. We do feel a problem by having anger, jealousy, hatred, grudge etc coz we hardly can stop them. Also obsessions and addictions do give good feel but they aren'
