Understanding Neuro Patterns

Habits are one of the key elements that distinguish  humans on personality basis.A popular survey depicts that humans take 60-65 days to form a habit either a good or bad. A good habit delivers positive result and a bad habit delivers destructive outcomes which effects a person both mentally and physically.

Till now its clear! But what exactly happens in our brain before we addict to a habit and why do we feel tough to break a habit ?.Here it comes the neuro patterns in our brain.Every individual has a different structure of brain and so the wide variety of personalities in the society.

Now when a person makes an habit it just like forming some specific pattern of nerves in brain.For example let us assume there is long plastic pipe and it is arranged in some pattern , and now if we connect one end of pipe to a tap and later if we open the tap then water will definitely follow the pattern which was arranged before and come out of the pipe through the other end which is the only possibility and the only outcome!

In the similar way the moment we make a habit the specific pattern is formed and when we start to think of a habit the neurons will pass through the established pattern of nerves and the result will be the same i.e., which is called as addiction .Does it mean that there is no way to break a habit? Absolutely Not! Breaking a habit is possible thing But it takes lot of effort and strong determination to quit a habit .So its smart to be aware of consequences while making an habit.

Kids have faster flexible brain patterns than adults. The time and effort require to quit or make a habit is extremely higher for adults when compared to kids.Kids can easily grasp any stuff ,they can be nurtured as parents wish .This flexibility in kids will continue up to certain age limit.That is why its crucial time to guide or to change a behaviour when an individual is in childhood stage.

The moment when a person grows up it requires a lot of struggle to change a behaviour or habit of that person.As adults have strong deep rooted patterns which can be changed only by extreme efforts.
