5 Steps to deal with failures

Hello friends in this post we come across very important stuff which is essential for every human on this earth....i.e.., FAILURES.

I observed that it's not us but our beloved brain always make the things complex than actually it is .So here we look towards different approach to deal with our brain .Make a glimpse !!!

1) Stay Calm

The moment you face failure ,your confidence levels bite the dust and it is a common phenomena in every individual but the difference builds on how an individual receives the failure. Unfortunately most of the times your initial impression about failure will settle for long period which in turn decides your capability of overcoming it .

So in initial periods if you make a non-negative impression,it will helps a lot  to tackle the situation.  Advice your tiny brain not to worry .This in turn gives you instant relief which plays a key role in building a solution.

2) Action

It will be foolish if some wants the solution instantly and we can assume how perfectly (of course not )we  think in such a dreadful situation.Nothing will turn up and down if you are carefree for a couple of days ,so lay back and relax . 

Now find out what to do in order to avoid yourself from being stucked up in that condition ,free yourself do the stuff which will completely divert you from situation because at this point all you need is a quality relief. Disturb your old friend with whom you had funny memories .If you have enough time plan a tour with your friends which will be an ultimate thing you can do


3) Motivate yourself

Remember your positiveness should not be far from the reality which is extremely important. As it may build over confidence which in turn makes you less efficient or careless about your dream.Accept the situation you are in.

Here you need to make a habit that "you and your brain are not the same".Tell your brain that even the "greatest personalities" suffered lot of failures and its completely okay to experience the failure .Motivation can be of any form,personally i prefer couple of songs which instantly gives me enough boost and for some people it could be  a heartwarming words  from their closer ones.Choose the one which suits you.


4) Take Help

It is time to figure out practical solution.Now you can explain your situation to your closer ones with  whom you are comfortable with,You can get a better advice as your dear ones may already have a solution for it.Who knows?!

Never share it with normal people and i repeat don't.The people with whom you are not so close enough may seem to be okay to share with but somehow they will turn the situation even worse knowingly or unknowingly  and  Its definitely not the way you want  to  be. 

5) Bounce Back

Its time for the implementation .This time just visualize the past and try to note down the loopholes which are responsible for the failure.This analysis will give you a clear cut flow on how to implement the idea and in what way it will help you.

As i mentioned before don't hesitate to leverage   the people closer to you.May be you will get benefited greatly with very less effort.  Finally our duty is only to make an attempt to achieve success  and don't expect the result as it is collectively generated from numerous issues which you are having no control and may be not even aware of.
